Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson Celebrates ‘Put A Ring On It: Cheathab’

On Friday night, renowned relationship expert, podcast host and bestselling author Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson hosted an exclusive screening in Washington D.C. to celebrate her new relationship series, “Put A Ring On It: Cheathab.”
The highly-anticipated spinoff series debuted as OWN‘s highest-rated unscripted series in more than seven years.
The breakout series is a bold new extension of the network’s hit love and relationship series, “Put A Ring on It,” following long-term couples, whose relationships have been rocked by infidelity as they move into a Miami-based “Cheathab House” to confront trust issues, jealousy, and unresolved wounds threatening their futures, under the guidance and expertise of Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson.
Held at The Realm Rooftop Bar & Lounge, one of Washington D.C.’s most luxurious spaces, the event gave attendees an exclusive first look at Episode four of Put A Ring On It: Cheathab, ahead of its airing later that night. Dr. Stacii kicked off the evening by welcoming guests with opening remarks, thanking them for their continued support, before sharing insight on the new series and her role.
Following the screening, NewsNation’s contributor and co-host of The Hill’s Rising, Lindsey Granger joined Dr. Stacii to moderate an intimate talkback conversation and audience Q&A.
Together they went through topics including the inspiration of the series, healing after infidelity in a relationship, and some of the challenges that will be explored throughout the season.
After the screening Dr. Stacii treated guests to the trailer of her brand new podcast A Different Kinda Woman, a podcast designed explicitly for the exploration, unmasking, and evolution of the modern, grown woman.
