Q Parker Releases The Steamy ‘Stare’ | From Upcoming Album

Keeping love and romance at the center of R&B, Grammy Award winning artist and self-proclaimed “Romance Dealer“ Q Parkerhas released his new single “Stare” today, along with an accompanying lyric video.

The seductive track marks the first release from his forthcoming album, “Evolution of Romance, Volume Two,” arriving this fall.

“Stare” builds on Q‘s continued exploration of love, attraction, intimacy, and connection, setting the tone for what listeners can expect from Volume Two.

With his signature vocals and grown R&B approach, Q once again puts romance front and center while offering a fresh perspective on the chemistry and emotions that bring two people together.

“There is nothing like when two individuals make eye contact and read each others soul through their stare.” says Q.

The new release follows “Evolution of Romance, Volume One” and expands the musical story Q has been telling through a series of songs and visuals centered around modern love and relationships.

Volume Two will take that vision even further, continuing his commitment to creating R&B that is mature, intentional, and rooted in real connection.

The release of “STARE” also kicks off a busy fall for Q, with new music and several major live appearances ahead.

Q will take to the City Winery stages for an intimate live concert starting in Chicago on October 10th, Philadelphia on October 24th, and St. Louis on October 30th with more cities to be announced.

Immediately following Philadelphia, Q will join an incredible lineup of artists aboard the One Voyage Cruise, sailing October 26th through November 1st. The weeklong experience will bring together live music, entertainment and unique experiences while supporting the life changing work of UNCF.

UB spoke with Q for the release of his debut solo album “The MANual” in 2012, and asked him then, what were his future goals? “I just want to get in as many homes and hearts as I can. I want to be known as an artist that is authentic and not dumbing down his sound for the times. When you come and see me you’re going to get all Q Parker and when you leave I want you to be full of the Q Parker experience and movement and go out and help me promote and go out and spread the love and word.”

Over a decade later, goal accomplished!
