New Visual for Prodigy Posthumous Release ‘You Will See’
The Estate of Prodigy Of Mobb Deep has released a visual for the latest single “You Will See.”
The video is a collage of past and more recent verite footage, live show clips and excerpts from music videos that show Prodigy in some of the most classics settings throughout his life and career.
“You Will See” is the first visual since the artist’s passing in 2017. Prodigy‘s solo catalog returned to streaming services on May 20th, 2022.
One of the most iconic rappers in hip hop, Prodigy passed away on June 20th, 2017 due to complications from sickle cell anemia, the disease he battled throughout his entire life.
His undeniable career cemented him as one of the most quintessential artist in hip hop history. His wordplay and delivery have been an inspiration for music fans across the globe and for the hip hop community in general.
As a funding member of celebrated rap group Mobb Deep, his name will go down in history as one of the greatest rap artists of his time.
