UB Preview: LeToya Luckett Gets Emotional on ‘UNCENSORED’

The new season of TV One’s “UNCENSORED,” continues this Sunday July 14th at 9/8c, featuring LeToya Luckett.

“UNCENSORED” explores the lives of some of today’s most notable personalities as they provide first-hand accounts of their success and the obstacles they faced throughout their careers.

This week’s episode highlights singer and actress LeToya Luckett.

LeToya gets uncensored as she discusses her rise from girl group stardom to solo success. Which has included her chart-topping albums, acting in hit television series and the joys of motherhood.

In 2006, LeToya told UB the most important thing she’d learned in the business. “Oh my God, to keep the haters out my ear (laughs). Just to really stay focused, learn to keep negative thoughts out your head.” LeToya continued; “People will do and say so many negative things when you’re trying to do something you love and positive, so you have to stay focused on what’s important. So I’m just always grinding and doing what I need to do to do what I enjoy. I take it all with a grain of salt to be honest with you. I have to admit Aries, I love my job, God knows I do.”
