UB has a Exclusive Preview of this week’s episode of “Downright Delicious” with Yo-Yo, airing tomorrow night, Thursday, November 6th at 8pm ET on aspireTV.
This weeks episode “Yo-Yo’s Quick & Healthy Meals,” Quick and healthy meals with a Yo-Yo twist! These healthy meals are all Asian inspired. We start with a hot and spicy soup that is loaded with vegetables, shrimp, and rice noodles.

You can’t get any healthier than soup with carrots, red bell peppers, garlic, and cabbage.
This soup will make your mouth water, and the best part about it is that it’s quick and healthy for anyone and everyone who is super busy.
Then, Yo-Yo makes an Asian-inspired cabbage slaw with two types of cabbage, purple and green, which makes this dish look as good as it tastes.
It’s sweetened up with delicious red apple slices and seasoned with a sesame vinaigrette. Yo-Yo tops this delicious slaw off with a perfectly seasoned grilled salmon.
