Two New Lifetime ‘Terry McMillan’ Film Trailers
“Terry McMillan Presents: His, Hers and Ours,” Premieres November 1st .
Following the success of “Terry McMillan Presents: Forever,” “Terry McMillan Presents: His, Hers and Ours,” Premieres November 1st at 8/7 on Lifetime.
Executive produced by Taye Diggs, who returns to the network, and Lesley-Ann Brandt, the movie will join as part of the network’s continued partnership with Terry McMillan under the Terry McMillan Presents banner.
In “Terry McMillan Presents: His, Hers & Ours,” single father Darius (Diggs) discovers his teenage daughter in bed with her boyfriend Chase and wastes no time kicking him out.

However, a knock at the door changes everything. Kelly (Brandt), Chase’s mother, shows up furious, ready for confrontation.
But neither expect the undeniable spark between them. Forced to spend time together due to their children’s relationship, Kelly and Darius slowly develop feelings for each other.
As their secret romance blossoms, they steal moments at family gatherings and behind closed doors, they savor the kind of love they both thought they’d never find again.
But when it comes time to tell their children the truth, they must decide how much they are willing to risk for family and love.
Aimee Garcia stars as Kelly’s best friend and event planner Sofia, who grows suspicious of her budding relationship.
Starring; Taye Diggs, Lesley-Ann Brandt, and Aimee Garcia. Other cast members are Tyler Lofton, Chloe Flowers, Juanita Jennings, Curtis Hamilton, and Mea Wilkerson.

Karrueche Tran stars in “Terry McMillan Presents: Preach, Pray, Love“, Premieres November 8th at 8/7C on Lifetime.
The film follows Charlie Jones (Tran), a platinum-selling rapper whose provocative persona has fueled her career—and landed her in more than a little trouble.
After a stint in prison, Charlie’s court-ordered community service places her in the path of Pastor Kyrus Owens (Hood), a charismatic and devoted minister fundraising to build a new home for his congregation.
Despite their worlds being miles apart, an undeniable spark forms between them.
As their romance blossoms, Pastor Owens’ congregation begins to question his commitment to the church, while Charlie struggles to reconcile her edgy public image with her growing desire for redemption.
With both of their careers and reputations on the line, the couple must rely on honesty, prayer, and love to bridge the divide—and in the process, win over each other’s communities.
The ensemble cast also features Tobias Truvillion, B. Simone, Reginae Carter, and Da Brat.
This marks the fourth film in the ‘Terry McMillan Presents’ franchise, following last year’s successes – “Tempted by Love” starring Garcelle Beauvais and “Forever” starring Taye Diggs and Meagan Good.
