The Notorious B.I.G. classic “Big Poppa,” will be released on color vinyl for Record Store Day Black Friday 2025 on November 28th.
30 years ago, The Notorious B.I.G. released a suite of remixes to his instant-classic “Big Poppa”, along with the fan favorite B-Side “Who Shot Ya?”
The original 12″ single was the first time “Who Shot Ya?” was released to the world.
To commemorate this iconic 12”, it’s being reissued for BF RSD 2025 as an indie retail exclusive on color vinyl.
Christopher George Latore Wallace, better known by his stage names The Notorious B.I.G, Biggie, or Biggie Smalls, was an American rapper.
He is consistently ranked as one of the greatest and most influential rappers of all time.
He was noted for his “loose, easy flow,” dark semi-autobiographical lyrics, and storytelling abilities.
He has certified sales of 17 million units in the United States.
