Jussie Smollett Signs to Legendary Rowdy Records
Preparing for His Upcoming Album "Break Out."
Award-winning singer, songwriter, and actor, Jussie Smollett has officially signed a deal with the revitalized Rowdy Records.
Recently relaunched by renowned Grammy-winning producer and music executive, Dallas Austin. Smollett has been called a “Future Fixture in R&B” by Billboard Magazine.
UB first introduced Jussie Smollett back in 2011, with the release of his “The Poisoned Hearts Club.”
His upcoming album “Break Out,” has already produced multiple singles including “Some Things,” which reached number one on the iTunes R&B charts and follow up singles, “My Party” & “My Mind” which both reached #2.
This exciting partnership heralds a new chapter in Jussie‘s music career, with fresh tracks set to be released this fall under the iconic label. Austin, celebrated for his iconic work with musical legends such as Monica, Madonna, and Michael Jackson, brings his unique vision and expertise to this collaboration.
