October London Drops Lead from New Album ‘She Keeps Calling’

R&B star October London passionately displays his soul-baring vocal chops on new single “She Keeps Calling,” via Death Row Records/gamma.
The return track follows on from the whirlwind success of his latest album, “The Rebirth of Marvin,” which pays homage to the legendary Marvin Gaye.
London’s latest entry is a riveting track that affirms his unwavering commitment to keeping soul music alive. “She keeps calling me, and I go,” the singer/songwriter croons as he conjures enchanting imagery of a whimsical romance.
Speaking on his new single, October London says: “My new single ‘She Keeps Calling’ was co-written by me and my boy Mike Letter. This has to be one of my favorite songs off my upcoming album! I wrote this song for all the times anyone has had a woman hit their line and eventually those calls build up and have you come back for more than you anticipated.”
The song is produced by Priest “Soopafly” Brooks, of the West Coast hip-hop collective Tha Dogg Pound (DPGC), the sound architect responsible for London’s hit single “Mulholland Drive,” featuring Snoop Dogg and Latoiya Williams – which spent consecutive weeks parked at #1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart.
As the first R&B artist signed to the relaunch of Death Row with Snoop Dogg at the helm, London has carved out a lane in R&B for his distinct style and authentic storytelling.
