Angela “Angie” Beyincé Upped To Series Regular on ‘Tyler Perry’s Sistas’

Angela “Angie” Beyincé has been promoted to a series regular for the seventh and current season of “Tyler Perry’s Sistas” on BET. Already a consultant producer for the series.

Angela “Angie” Beyincé, is an award-winning songwriter/actress who’s co-written hits for Beyoncé and Destiny’s Child.

Pam is the the nosy, sassy hair salon manager, and loyal friend to salon owner Karen Mott, adding comedic relief to the show.

As a series regular in the series, Beyincé’s character Pam navigates the challenges of juggling and managing Karen’s salon while building her social media presence, exploring entrepreneurship, and embarking upon new romantic relationships.

Sistas” is the #1 series with Black 18-49 viewers in Live+3 ratings, currently airing on ALL TV. The 1-hour dramedy follows single Black females navigating complicated love lives, careers, and friendships in a modern world influenced by social media and unrealistic relationship goals.

Before gracing the TV screen, Beyincé, a multi-ASCAP award-winning songwriter, co-wrote alongside Destiny’s Child and Beyoncé Knowles, penning #1 hits like “Girl,” “Naughty Girl,” “Check On It,” and “Get Me Bodied,” featured in “Dangerously in Love,””B’Day,” “I Am… Sasha Fierce,” and “Destiny Fulfilled.

Beyincé also played integral roles in the film industry, credited as an assistant on notable films like “The Fighting Temptations“, “The Pink Panther,” and “Dreamgirls.” Additionally, her songs were featured in Lee Daniel’s hit FOX television show, “Star.” Beyincé also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Parkwood Entertainment.

Angela “Angie” Beyincé, the Galveston, Texas native, is an accomplished songwriter, actress, and former music executive. With a notable career in the music industry, Angie co-wrote alongside Beyoncé, one of the most prominent cultural figures of the 21st century and Destiny’s Child, one of the biggest girl groups of all-time. She co-wrote many hits for Beyoncé, Destiny’s Child, and Kelly Rowland, including ‘Naughty Girl,’ ‘Video Phone’ featuring Lady Gaga, ‘Freakum Dress,’ ‘Girl,’ ‘Upgrade You,’ and ‘Get Me Bodied,’ solidifying her impact on the music industry and earning her recognition as a multiple ASCAP award winner, notably receiving ASCAP Pop Awards and ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards. She also co-wrote the chart-topping number one hit ‘Check On It’ for THE PINK PANTHER soundtrack and ‘Summer Time’ for THE FIGHTING TEMPTATIONS soundtrack, performed by Beyoncé. Additionally, her songs were featured in Lee Daniel’s hit FOX television show, Star.

Her versatility is showcased not only in music but also in the film industry, where she is credited as an executive assistant on notable films such as CARMEN: A HIT MTV HIP-OPERA, THE FIGHTING TEMPTATIONS, CADILLAC RECORDS, THE PINK PANTHER, and DREAMGIRLS.

In addition to her creative roles, Beyincé served as the executive assistant to Destiny’s Child, continuing in that pivotal role as Beyoncé’s executive assistant. Her dedication and exceptional skills led to her eventual promotion to Vice President of Operations of Parkwood Entertainment, a production, management and entertainment company founded by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter.

Beyincé’s journey into acting began when she auditioned and was cast by Emmy-nominated casting director Kim Coleman in Tyler Perry’s soap opera If Loving You Is Wrong, marking her break into acting. Subsequently, she was cast by Tyler Perry in a recurring role on his hit BET drama series Sistas. In addition to her recurring role, she serves as a consultant producer for the show, chosen by Mr. Tyler Perry. Recognizing her dedication to the growth and development of the character in her recurring role, she was promoted to a series regular in the seventh season.

Beyincé was featured in Beyoncé’s American Express commercial as her executive assistant. She also made an appearance in Destiny Child’s Walmart holiday commercial. She was featured alongside Naomi Osaka, Willow Smith, Jaden Smith, and others in the Levi Strauss & Co. ‘Beauty Of Becoming’ TV Campaign Film – a campaign highlighting transformative journeys for individuals in sports, entertainment, fashion, art, and activism.
