Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Ivory Scott steps out from behind the scenes to the front of the mic to release “Before Ebony,” a captivating four-song EP via MNRK Music Group.
This musical journey follows Ivory Scott’s illustrious career as a songwriter for global icons like Beyoncé, Madonna, Ed Sheeran, Fire Boy, and many more. Executive produced by multi-Grammy Award winner Hitmaka, “Before Ebony” features rapper Sukihana, Eric Bellinger, and Queen Naija, who appear on songs “Motion,” “Just Like Me” and “My Mind,” respectively.
“Before Ebony” is a tantalizing glimpse into Ivory Scott’s artistry, setting the stage for his debut album, “Ebony,” slated for early 2024.
His recent accolade at BMI’s 2023 R&B/Hip Hop Awards, where he received the prestigious Songwriters Award for his contribution to Yung Bleu’s “Baddest,” featuring Chris Brown and 2 Chainz, further solidifies his status as a music industry luminary.
