Kevin Ross Preps For ‘Audacity, Vol. 2’ | Announces New Single ‘God Is a Genius’

R&B Singer, Songwriter and Producer Kevin Ross emerges with a brand new single as he prepares to release the second installment of his sophomore album, “Audacity“. The single will be released to streaming services this Friday on May 29th

“God Is a Genius” will serve as the first single from “Audacity, Vol. 2“, which is scheduled to be due out in July.

Ross says about the track;

“This record couldn’t have come at a better time. It’s starting to warm up outside and cities are slowly beginning to open up. Great vibes to bring us into our new normal.” He adds, “Don’t be confused by the title, it’s not a gospel record. This song is for everyone who believes in love.”

“Audacity, Vol. 1” was released in January of 2020 and it debuted at #3 on the iTunes R&B albums chart. Thing Called Love, the lead single from “Audacity Vol. 1“, cracked the Top 20 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Songs chart and was named the top song at Sirius XM’s Heart and Soul.

In March of this year, Kevin Ross released “The Interim Series“, a collection of cover songs inspired by Kevin’s reflection of what the world needs during the global pandemic. The weekly series featured appearances from Sonna Rele and KIRBY and covered songs from classic artists such as Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, and Lauryn Hill.
