New blackbear Visual ‘1 Sided Love’ | New Album in April
blackbear has released the video for “1 Sided Love,” a new single from singer/songwriter/producer blackbear. Directed by Malia James, the video portrays the breakdown of a relationship in a series of warmly cinematic snapshots.
Says blackbear, “She was standing there with her bags. I knew what was happening .. I thought, I want to forget how i felt at that moment. This song will never allow that. My guts stretched and transparent. 1 Sided Love is the first of four installments on my new 18 song album anonymous.”
“1 Sided Love” appears on blackbear’s upcoming album Anonymous, due out April 26 via Beartrap/Alamo/Interscope Records.
Written and produced by blackbear, Joe Kirkland (Dua Lipa), and Jurek, “1 Sided Love” premiered on Valentine’s Day. With its smooth beat and poignant vocal performance, the starkly arranged breakup song is the first release from Anonymous — the follow-up to blackbear’s 2017 album cybersex.
