Today, we are excited to bring you some brand new R&B heat. We’re proud to present you, the UB First Listen Exclusive of Diamonique Jackson‘s new single “Toast Up.” Courtesy of SSMG/Empire.

Toast Up” is very reminiscent of 90’s R&B. The mid-tempo R&B tune will be released to all streaming services on Friday.

Diamonique‘s debut single “Give Me A Sign” charted on the Global Top 200 Chart at #180, and the Top 150 Independent Chart at #76.

Diamonique A. Jackson is an educator in the L.A. School District. In addition to that, she is also a talented high-energy performer serving as an actress, singer, writer, and performer.

Born in Memphis, TN, Diamonqiue dedicated almost her entire life to performing arts and teaching.

Diamonique has traveled all over the world sharing her gifts and talents with others while educating them along the way. She graduated Cum Laude from Wiley College with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Global Child Development, while minoring in Music Education.

Diamonique was one of the few who were given the opportunity to sing for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle at the White House in December 2011. In 2013, she was given the chance of a lifetime to debut as a “Rising Star” and sing alongside Grammy-Award winning gospel recording artist, Yolonda Adams, for the 33rd Annual United Negro College Fund (UNCF) ‘An Evening with the Stars’ on BET.

Diamonique was also featured as a recording artist on the soundtrack for Nate Parker‘s film “The Birth of A Nation“.

Post receiving her bachelor’s degree, Diamonique has served as a vocal instructor as well as assistant director for Young Actors Guild‘s “The Lion King Jr” production during the summer of 2017 at The Cannon Center in Memphis, TN. Her life’s purpose is to “Cultivate a new generation of creative thinking artists and inspire others through the arts.”
