Tyler Perry is set to direct Kelly Rowland next, in “Mea Culpa,” coming to Netflix.
In the hopes of becoming partner, a criminal defense attorney takes on the case of an artist who may or may not have murdered his girlfriend.
The film will star Kelly Rowland, along with Trevante Rhodes, Sean Sagar, Nick Sagar and RonReaco Lee.
Tyler Perry, Angi Bones, Will Areu and Kelly Rowland, will produce the film.
This news comes on the heels of the announcement of production for “Six Triple Eight,” starring Kerry Washington Oprah Winfrey, also coming to Netflix from Tyler Perry later this year.
