New Music from Steven Russell Harts – “Homeless”

An award winning performer, writer, and producer for some of today’s hottest talent, Steven Russell-Harts started his career in the late 1980’s as one of the lead vocalists in the multi-platinum R&B group, TROOP. Their hits include, “Spread My Wings,” “Mamacita,” and The Jackson’s remake “All I Do is Think of You.”
Over the last 25 years working in the music industry, Steven has written and produced hit songs for the likes of Keith Sweat, Mario, B2K, Chris Brown, Ruben Studdard, Tyrese, Omarion, Marques Houston, 702, Fantasia, 3LW, Glenn Lewis, Luke & Q, B5, Troop, LSG, Avant, Monica, KeKe Wyatt, Donell Jones, Charlie Wilson and many more.
Steven contributed three hits on Chris Brown’s platinum album, “Exclusive” including, “Take You Down”, “Help Me” and “Get At Cha”. In 2009 Steven was awarded a Grammy for “Invisible” Jennifer Hudson, and co-wrote one of that years biggest hit songs, Jordin Sparks & Chris Brown’s, “No Air.” In 2012 Steven received a second Grammy for Chris Brown’s “Fame.”
?Steven has also produced music for numerous motion picture soundtracks among them are, Shrek, KungFu Panda, Shark Tale, and all 62 songs on the Dreamgirls soundtrack.
After two decades of writing top ten hits for many other talents, he finally brought his fans what they have all been waiting for; his first solo project entitled, “So Random” in 2011 followed by last years “The Wedding Singer.”
Though Steven is continuing to write and produce hit songs for today’s top artists, like Tamar Braxton and Marcus Canty, look for his cameo appearances on upcoming reality TV shows such as “Tamar & Vince” and “R&B Divas” also his very own show coming soon.
