UB Honors 2022: Beyoncé Leads with 7 Nominations + Voting Begins

Nominations Announced and Voting Begins for UB Honors 2022!

Online urban music fans will be able to start voting Today (vote below) until until December 31st and the winners will be announced January 2nd, 2023!

This years nominations are led by the Queen Bee herself Beyoncé, who garnered seven nominations, including Artist of The Year, Best R&B Female Artist, Best Dance/Club Single of The Year for “Break My Soul” and Best R&B Album of The Year with “Renaissance.”

Chris Brown and Latto tied second with the most nods with five, for Best R&B Male Artist, Best Rap Artist, Hustler of The Year and Best Visual of The Year with “Big Energy” and Best R&B Single of The Year for “Under The Influence.

Drake, Lucky Daye, Maverick City Music, Chlöe and new comer Brent Faiyaz, all garnered three nods each. Nominations include: Best Rap Artist, Best R&B Male Artist, Best R&B/Gospel Group and Best New R&B/Hip-Hop Artist.

Others nominated include; Muni Long, The Isley Brothers, SZA, Jade Novah, Tamela Mann, Hit-Boy, new comers The Shindellas, King Combs and more!

Nominees were chosen from artists whose singles or albums were released between September 2021 to October 2022.
