The UB Interview: Carl Tart Talks ‘Grand Crew’

Season 2 Continues Tonight at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

Last years smash hit series “Grand Crew,” has returned for Season 2.

The group of young professionals are all trying to navigate the ups and downs of life and love in Los Angeles – and they always find time to gather at their favorite bar to “wine down” and unpack it all.

Starring Nicole Byer, Justin Cunningham, Aaron Jennings, Echo Kellum, Grasie Mercedes and Carl Tart.

Season two continues tonight April 7th at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC, with “Wine & Roasts,” Wyatt doesn’t know how to roast, so Sherm agrees to help him.

Noah tries to make things right with a disgruntled customer. Nicky dates a sleep talker. And there’s wine.

Carl Tart plays Sherm.

He appears on the Hulu series “History of the World: Part II,” Freeform’s “Everything’s Trash” and he was on Netflix’s “Blockbuster.”

His credits include “The Good Place,” “Superstore” and “Miracle Workers.” As a writer his resume includes “Kenan,” “The Eric Andre Show,” “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” “Ghosted,” “Brockmire” and “The New Negroes.”

Carl Tart is a fan favorite on the podcast Comedy Bang Bang and the co-host of the basketball-centric podcast “The Flagrant Ones.”
