You can now vote for UrbanBridgez.com‘s annual UB Honors, honoring the best of the year in urban music! Votes are submitted and winners determined by our sites visitors! The deadline for voting is December 28th and the winners will be announced on UrbanBridgez.com December 31st!

This year Brandy and Monica lead the pack with 7 nods each. Brandy marks her return to music this year, by receiving nods that include include R&B Album of The Year, Best Video of The Year for “It All Belongs to Me” with Monica and Best Artist Return Album of 2012 for “Two Eleven.” Monica’s include Best R&B Female, Hottest Collab Single of The Year for “It All Belongs to Me” with Brandy and Video of The Year for her clip “Until It’s Gone.”

Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj and 2 Chainz earned 5 nominations, while Tyrese and Ciara both received 4 nominations. The ladies of SWV made a come-back this year and received 3 nods along with Trey Songz, Usher, Miguel and Kendrick Lamar.

Nominees were chosen from artists whose singles or albums were released before September 2011 to October 2012.
