Within a few minutes of watching “Tower Heist,” the viewer will definitely say the timing of this movie is great. With the Occupy protests lingering in public squares around the world, what better weekend to release an all-out revenge fantasy trashing a Bernie Madoff type?

The Brett Ratner directorial is a fast paced joy-ride from beginning till end. While Ben Stiller steals the show as lead actor, Eddie Murphy comes in a close-second with his supporting role. It takes some time for his character to develop, but once he emerges the laughs begin and don’t end until the movie’s climax. The other cast mates all hold their own including Casey Affleck, Stephen Henderson and Gabourey Sidibe. While it takes a few minutes to adjust to Sidibe’s “fake Jamaican accent,” she does a pretty decent job throughout and definitely has some memorable one-liners.

All in all, the movie is definitely a must-see and will certainly be one of the most talked about movies this fall season.
