The Notorious B.I.G. ‘Ready To Die: The Instrumentals’ Vinyl Release Date

The Notorious B.I.G.‘s “Ready to Die,” celebrates it’s 30th Anniversary this year. The rare album has reached legendary status without hyperbole.

On April 20th, Bad Boy Records will release the EP, “Ready To Die: The Instrumentals” for Record Store Day 2024.

In 2022, Rolling Stone named it the #1 Hip Hop Album of All Time. In honor of the album’s 30th anniversary year, the instrumental tracks will be released together for the first time as a single LP, cut at 45 RPM.

This compilation includes instrumental versions from Biggie’s classic debut “Ready to Die” and rare 12″ singles.

The album features production by Yung Chedder, Sean Combs, Easy Mo Bee, Chucky Thompson, DJ Premier, and Lord Finesse, among others.

Christopher George Latore Wallace was born on May 21st, 1972 and passed away on March 9th, 1997.

Known by his stage names The Notorious B.I.G, Biggie, or Biggie Smalls. He is consistently ranked as one of the greatest and most influential rappers of all time.
