UB covered the virtual press conference for this year annual event. We got the chance to speak with one of our favorites, the I Am Hip Hop Honoree Master P. Who told us how the color CD cases idea came about, which contributed to the success of No Limit releases at retail. Plus P, talks about our home-base Minneapolis and his future plans for the city.
We also spoke to another favorite, Skip Marley as he prepared to jump in the cypher for the first time. Skip also tells us why it’s important for him to be a bridge within music and not be trapped in a box.
