James Worthy has been working diligently to bring his fans captivating new music, and content this summer.

The prominent musician recently reached over 2 million streams for his last hit single, “In the Dark.

Tomorrow August 13th, he’ll release his brand new single entitled “Tick Tock,” via Sony Music. Featuring hit-making Atlanta rapper Big Gipp of Goodie Mob.

I met Gipp through the rapper Kurupt. We all had a studio session at my studio one day & created a song together. After that session me, and Gipp remained in contact.James tells UB, on how the collaboration came about; “I called him one day, and asked if he would be interested in featuring on a song with me for the new album. He accepted me with open arms, the rest is history.

A lot of new R&B music has been released as of recent, we wanted to know what made James want to release this song now? “I felt like the mood, and vibe was needed for the summer.” He went on to say; “I’m known for concept records so I wanted to bring another form of creativity to my fans.

The song narrates a small story of someone expressing their obsession over another individual ,as they describe what they notice about that person during every hour of every day….like clockwork.

As for a full project; “The fans can expect my debut album early 2022. I’ve been taking my time crafting the perfect body of work so it’s coming soon,James shared with UB.
