SWV Pushes Album Back A Week and Announces First Live Televised Performance of “Co-Sign”

UrbanBridgez.com has exclusively learned that SWV who recently reunited, will release their new album a week later then previously announced. Now “I Missed Us” will be released on April 17th via eOne Music/Mass Appeal Entertainment. For their upcoming album, Taj, Lelee and Coko have collaborated with producers Bryan M. Cox (The Emancipation Of Mimi) and Jazze Pha (Ciara’s “1, 2 Step”).

The lead single from the album “Co-Sign” produced by Lamb (Beyonce, Jasmin Sullivan, Missy Elliott, Monica, etc.), was #1 most added at Urban AC Radio. The ladies recently shot the video which will premiere later this month and have now released behind the scenes footage (check it out below). UrbanBridgez.com can also exclusively tell you that SWV will be on VH1‘s Big Morning Buzz Live on March 12th for a Performance & Interview!

SWV – Coko, Lelee and Taj – released their debut album “It’s About Time” in 1992. The album went multi-platinum and spawned a string of top ten R&B hits including “I’m So Into You, “Right Here,” “Downtown,” “Weak” and “You’re Always On My Mind.” The group’s sophomore effort, “New Beginning,” went double platinum, while the trio’s third album, “Release Some Tension” went platinum.
