  3. Where I Wanna Be may be the most underrated R&B album of all time, every song is great. Idk if I’ve ever heard better guitar work on an R&B album, that being said. . .Brown Sugar is the best R&B album of the 90s.

  4. Wow, now that is what I am talking about. Albums like Shanice’s 4th Album Shanice, & Donell Jones 2nd Album Where I Wanna Be are very underrated, & they are exceptional Artists. Along with Vesta Williams 5th Album Relationships, & Case’s 2nd Album Personal Conversation. But overall, I highly recommend getting these Albums. The quality in R&B Music during the 1990’s far surpasses the content in R&B now.
    Great list overall.
