‘Aretha! A GRAMMY Celebration for the Queen of Soul’ Airs Tonight

To many, Aretha Franklin is the voice of soul itself. Her name has topped critics’ lists of the greatest singers of all time and her recognition’s include the nation’s highest civilian award, the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

It would take a room full of GRAMMY Award® winners to properly honor her legacy, and that’s just what you can expect from the star-studded concert special Aretha! A GRAMMY® Celebration For The Queen Of Soul on tonight, March. 10th at 9/8c on CBS.

Actor and filmmaker Tyler Perry hosts the unforgettable night, which includes special tributes from music industry icon Clive Davis as well as Motown legend—and Aretha‘s childhood friend—Smokey Robinson.
