Willie from Day 26 Preps New Mixtape | Preview New Music

On Sunday, February 14, 2010, singer/songwriter Willie Taylor of the award winning group DAY26 will release his much anticipated mixtape, “Sex Tape” available exclusively on his website www.NoiVakMusic.com. “Sex Tape” is already creating an internet buzz with the leak of the songs “Sex Conversations” and “Knock It Out Park“.

“I am extremely excited about this project as the main purpose of the mixtape is to showcase my abilities as a songwriter and bring awareness to the launch of my label Noivak Music Group,” says Willie. “I want this album to be known as the soundtrack to your bedroom,” he explains. The Noivak Music Group is one of the endeavors that will fall under the already established DAY26 umbrella. “I personally feel that Willie has officially changed the standard of a “mixtape”, this will be played for years to come, adds Screwface, Manager for DAY26. “Sex Tape” includes productions from B. Simms, Steve Huff, Fred “The Champ” Crawford and Rex, just to name a few.

Willie has co-written and written songs with and for Avant, Joe, Jagged Edge, Ginuwine and of course his group DAY26. As Willie continues to establish himself as a noted songwriter, there is no doubt that the sky is the limit for him as he is preparing to go back in the studio with DAY26 in February to start recording the group’s upcoming third album under Atlantic Records. “I am very proud of my little brother. He’s extremely talented and I feel like the world needs to hear his writing,” mentions Brian Angel, member of DAY26.
